Including cupcakes. I made these last week for a little get together with some very lucky friends who moved to Kauai.

Below, you can see that I filled these with Key Lime Curd. I was overwhelmed by the urge to add a drop of green food color with the lime juice and, well, let's just say I won't do that again. The good news: I have great friends who apparently saw beyond that because they didn't mention it. In fact, I got lots of compliments, which felt really good.
